The Shawinigan-based company’s bid won the City of Edmonton’s invitation to tender for the supply of a fire department records management solution, i.e. the “BeeON Fire RMS” solution.<\/p>\r\n
After a rigorous process, the city selection committee judged that ICO Technologies’ BeeON Fire RMS provided the best performance and price-quality ratio for the management of its fire department.<\/p>\r\n
The Edmonton Fire Rescue Services makes up one of the largest firefighting services in Canada with 1,230 employees, including 1,000 firefighters assigned across 27 fire stations. The Edmonton fire department, which serves a population of more than 800,000, is one of the three internationally-accredited Canadian Fire Services.<\/p>\r\n
“The BeeON Fire RMS software is a valuable state-of-the-art tool to enhance the effectiveness and performance of fire departments. Surely the software will contribute to the security of Edmontonians. The BeeON Fire RMS software package is already deployed across 300 fire departments in Quebec and New Brunswick. ICO Technologies is continuing its growth momentum by expanding in Alberta.
